Wouldn’t you want to know if the daily habit and routine of styling your hair for the day was somehow hurting your hair?  In the article “8 Ways You’re Unknowingly Destroying Your Hair” the author describes aspects of daily hair care that might be doing more harm than good.  Considered here are hair products, sun protection, proper use and quality of styling appliances, and how to safely detangle wet hair.

One example that you could be doing is using an inferiour styling appliance.  In other words, using a high quality appliance generally means using that the appliance holds heat better, so heat is more evenly distributed through hair, and less time is needed to use the appliance.
